In the furniture manufacture, vacuum forming is highly applicable to the manufacture of children’s furniture. Children’s furniture should be lighter and with less interesting angles and shapes. Certainly these are things that in some cases can be achieved by manufacturers of furniture, but not all. Hard to made are three-dimensional shapes from wood and MDF and manufacturing them is slow and costly, especially if they are complex. Once created three-dimensional model, quickly and easily could be made by vacuum forming, but the resulting product is light and ecological.
Vacuum formed parts can be used for production of non-standard racks, and decorative elements.
The process also can be used for foiling.

Vacuum forming finds its place in the manufacture of machinery also. Most parts of machinery are manufactured from metal, because it’s imortant for producers and customers machine to be robust and durable. This of course has its drawbacks as much aggravates the device itself. While some types of machines is important to be severe, then in others it is not required.
Where in the manufacture of machinery finds its place vacuum forming? Metal is definitely healthy and quality materials, but has one major flaw – it’s not transparent. In some machines it is necessary to put protective shields, as when working with them can be separated particles hazardous for health of the operator. Glass in many cases is not appropriate because it is too fragile, and handling in standard form is expensive. Therefore the manufacture of protective screens often use vacuum forming.

Another application of vacuum forming is a manufacturing of closing panels that are hard to made from metal, ie have irregular three-dimensional shape. In such cases, may also address the vacuum-formed elements, but the detail for the purpose should not be subjected to very strong mechanical stress.

Control panels can also be manufactured by vacuum formed parts.
