Here’s a company that followed our example for originality with corporate chocolates and quality they get. Soon we finished construction of molds for chocolates Aquachim. Mold were made of plastic approved for food industry. In the furniture manufacture, vacuum forming is highly applicable to the manufacture of children’s furniture. Children’s furniture should be lighter and with less interesting angles and shapes. Certainly these are things that in some cases can be achieved by manufacturers of furniture, but not all. Hard to made are three-dimensional shapes from wood and MDF and manufacturing them is slow and costly, especially if they are complex. Once created three-dimensional model, quickly and easily could be made by vacuum forming, but the resulting product is light and ecological. |
