Aquachim-plastic chocolade molds

Here’s a company that followed our example for originality with corporate chocolates and quality they get.

Soon we finished construction of molds for chocolates Aquachim. Mold were made of plastic approved for food industry. And as it was in the order of things to test what we made for our customer and make sure in quality and sustainability, we eat one delicious chocolate “Aquachim”. We hope that others will follow their delicious example!

OPS = Oriented Polystyrene
OPP = Oriented Polypropylene
CPET = Crystallized Polyethylene Terephthalate (dual ovenable)
PVC = Poly Vinyl Chloride
V = Vinyl (cooking oil bottles, etc.)
PET or PETE = Polyethylene Terephthalate (boil in bag pouches, microwave
trays,etc.)
PS = Polystyrene
PP = Polypropylene (yogurt containers, margarine tubs, straws, etc.)

Why vacuum forming?

Molds for vacuum forming are times cheaper than the molds required for injection molding machine. This allows the production of small runs and even single pieces. Because of this product is cheaper and smaller companies can afford unique packages reflecting their individuality.

In this type of plastics processing, the final product has a much better appearance and the manufacturing process gets much less scrap, which reduces the price of finished product and the time for producing it.
